All local RGV businesses — restaurants, service companies, retail, medical, construction, marketing, real estate, and more. Diversity of industries actually makes the group stronger. How many members are in the group?
We keep each cohort capped at 12–15 members. Small enough to build real trust, large enough to have diverse perspectives. When a cohort fills, we start a waitlist.
What if I miss a meeting?
Life happens — we get it. We ask that members commit to attending at least 10 of 12 annual meetings. Consistent attendance is what makes the accountability work.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment so the group has time to build real trust. After that, membership is month-to-month. Most people don’t leave.
Are sessions in English or Spanish?
Primarily English, but we’re fully bilingual. Members are welcome to speak Spanish and we’ll make sure everyone’s comfortable. This is the RGV — we do both.
